Over the years, I’ve planned and coordinated wedding rehearsals, weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, murder mystery dinners, birthday celebrations, fundraisers, concerts, comedy nights, trivia nights, karaoke, open mic events, baby showers, school dances for 200+ students, and so much more. If people are gathering to celebrate, chances are I’ve coordinated something like it.
One of my favorite experiences was coordinating a 200-person wedding in Canada — completely site unseen and having only met the bride through phone calls. The groom was the son of a family friend, and despite the distance, the entire wedding weekend came together beautifully and stress-free for the family. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do.
Growing up in a small town taught me how to be resourceful, creative, and intentional — whether a client wants an intimate gathering on a thoughtful budget or a celebration with unforgettable wow-factor moments.
I have also supported moms and families in 17 births, in addition to having three children of my own. Helping families through meaningful life moments — whether welcoming a baby or celebrating a marriage — has always been at the heart of what I do.
My background gives me a unique perspective on every event I plan. I’m known for my attention to detail, calm presence, and ability to make everyone feel cared for throughout the process. And yes — I specialize in making controlling moms and spirited aunties feel included and appreciated while still protecting the couple’s true vision for their day..
